If you have purchased an individual Premium Plan and at a later date your school decides to purchase a School Subscription then we don't offer refunds for individual students who have previously paid for access to that material.
(Information for teachers, science technicians and finance staff) Once a School Subscription account has been set up an invoice will be sent to the school for payment within 30 days by BACS. At the end of the initial subscription period (12 or 24 months) a recurring invoice will be issued. If you should wish to cancel your subscription, or to update contact details, then please email email@example.com. It is the responsibility of the school to ensure that login details are not shared with students at other schools.
Commitment to Physics Online
